About Us

The Jerry Cebulski African Disability Foundation Inc. is a volunteer, 501(c)(3) organization following the vision of Sister Sponsa Beltran OSF who worked for 30+ years with the poor and disabled in Liberia, West Africa.

We strive to uplift the status of "witched" disabled persons in Africa and America to the level of fully contributing citizens living with the dignity that God intended for all. To attain these means, we seek to provide food, clothing, education, medical attention and the basic necessities of daily living. Most importantly, we aim to offer workshops and mentoring programs that will provide guidance in the development of a strong faith in God for the handicapped, as well as the communities in which they live.

We also strive to help the poorest of the poor in Africa in adopting and learning skills through microbusinesses so that they may become self-sufficient and have hope for their future. In turn, we pray that they can pass these skills onto other disabled with sound values of honesty, generosity, dependability and accountability towards any venture they enter into.

It is hoped that through this program, each person will be inspired to seek their place in society using their unique gifts that each has been given for "disability does not mean inability."
